Amara Valley is a beautiful rustic retreat center 1.5 hrs from Barcelona near Banyoles, with a range of comfortable accommodation options, beautiful outdoor and indoor facilities, peaceful landscapes and nature, delicious gourmet vegetarian/vegan food, and a large practice Shala. As the manager of Amara Valley for a few years, Leon has accumulated the experience of holding retreats for a number of teachers, therapists, healers and others who come to Amara seeking well-being for themselves and their people, being inspired by yoga, shaktism, ceremonies and different body expressions, he has a talent for creating spaces where people can feel safe and inspired to relax into themselves.
Nico (He/Him) 🏳️🌈
Food is his way of sharing love and nourish people, Nico brings the beautiful, relaxed and efficient energy he emanates. On his hands will be the curation of the delicious food journey we will have during our experience. He is one of the Chefs at the well known Amara Kitchen, for them is important to make magical and special combinations that are healthy and support our process inside and out while bringing people together with joy and care.
Emilio (He/Him) 🏳️🌈
Yoga Teacher, Integrative Body Therapy and Tantra Facilitator.
After traveling the world, Emilio started a spiritual path and found deeper and more authentic meaning on his life by the hand of Yoga, after developing his practice in India and New York with Dharma Mittr he found depth in the Integrative Body Therapy (TCI) including Psychotherapy, Bioenergetics and Sexuality. Right now he is a certified Tantra facilitator.
Rob (He/Him) 🏳️🌈
Massage Therapist.
Through his hands he will help you calm your mind and bring focus back into your body. The massage offered is intuitive, with techniques from Ayurveda, lomi lomi and conscious touch using organic oils. The techniques were obtained from his teachers in Thailand, Mexico, the Netherlands, Germany and India.
Alfonso (He/Him) 🏳️🌈
Reiki and Sound Healing Practitioner.
Alfonso’s spiritual awakening began almost 10 years ago when he discovered the world of meditation while traveling through Southeast Asia. Years later, during a trip to India, the path of Reiki opened along with the inspiration to incorporate music in a therapeutic way.
His Vibrational - Energy Healing session is an experience that allows you to clean, recharge, transform and expand your mind, body and energy. He combines the transformative power of Reiki Energy and the Healing benefits of Sound and Vibration.
