UDUGU Autumn Retreat is a 4-day transformative adventure exclusively for gay & queer men at the beautiful AMARA VALLEY Retreat Center in Catalonia, Spain. This retreat offers a safe space for exploration, self-discovery and invites you to connect with other men like you within the midst of nature and a supportive community.
Our special guests will provide yoga sessions, embodiment workshops, sharing circles, Cacao ceremonies, and other transformative experiences to help you cultivate a healthy connection with your inner self.
To enhance your retreat experience, we offer a range of
Personalized therapy sessions, including Reiki and massage.

Amara Valley is a peaceful, off-grid retreat center nestled in an ancient oak forest near Banyoles, just 1.5 hours from Barcelona. This beautifully restored Catalan farmhouse blends rustic charm with modern comforts, offering cozy accommodations, gourmet vegetarian/vegan meals made with local produce, and stunning indoor and outdoor spaces.
With facilities like a 120m² yoga shala, meditation room, workshop areas, a pool, and a sauna, it’s the perfect place to relax and recharge. Surrounded by 10 hectares of organic gardens and serene forest, Amara Valley is an invitation to reconnect with nature and yourself.

Guido is a soulful guide devoted to inner exploration and embodied transformation. He weaves Tantra, breathwork, men’s circles, and ecstatic dance into spaces that welcome vulnerability, truth, and connection. Having facilitated across five continents, he now focuses on creating deeply healing and empowering experiences for the LGBTQ+ community where presence, courage, and joy are fully reclaimed.
