Amara Valley is a beautiful rustic retreat center 1.5 hrs from Barcelona near Banyoles, with a range of comfortable accommodation options, beautiful outdoor and indoor facilities, peaceful landscapes and nature, delicious gourmet vegetarian/vegan food, and a large practice Shala. All accommodation options below include all meals and use of facilities (including the pool and the sauna!).

As the manager of Amara Valley for a few years, Leon has accumulated the experience of holding retreats for a number of teachers, therapists, healers and others who come to Amara seeking well-being for themselves and their people, being inspired by yoga, shaktism, ceremonies and different body expressions, he has a talent for creating spaces where people can feel safe and inspired to relax into themselves.
Nico (He/Him) 🏳️🌈
Food is his way of sharing love and nourish people, Nico brings the beautiful, relaxed and efficient energy he emanates. On his hands will be the curation of the delicious food journey we will have during our experience. He is one of the Chefs at the well known Amara Kitchen, for them is important to make magical and special combinations that are healthy and support our process inside and out while bringing people together with joy and care.
